Marissa Rodriguez currently serves as the Manager of PRONTO & Passenger Supporter at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marissa accumulated extensive experience at Urgently Roadside Assistance, where roles included Director of Customer Support Services, Learning and Development Manager, and Learning and Development Coordinator from August 2016 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Trainer at Showcase LA Events, Inc. from February 2014 to January 2016 and interning at the Children's Literacy Initiative from February 2014 to June 2014.
