Irene Gu is a skilled individual with experience working in customer success management, business analysis, and research. Currently holding the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Sea, Irene has a strong track record in ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining post-sales relationships, and driving account renewal and retention. With a background in economics, Irene has also worked as a research intern at Clarksons Platou and a student assistant at the Centre for Research on the Economics Of Ageing.
