Rafael Liang has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Rafael began as an Intern in Media Planning at Zenith in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Signal Instructor at the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). Rafael then interned in Corporate Sales & Partnerships at Reactor Industries from June to August 2017. In 2019, Rafael joined Vieworks Organisation as an Intern in Consumer Sales for six months. Later that same year, they joined AIT Tech as a Business Development Executive, engaging prospects and clients in the areas of retail and payment technology. Rafael's responsibilities included inbound and outbound lead generation and account pipeline management. In 2021, they worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Workforce Optimizer - AI Enabled WFM, where they conducted initial touchpoints with customers and conceptualized solutions for the healthcare and mass retail market. Currently, Rafael is a Customer Success Manager at Sea, a SaaS Workflow Management Platform that provides digitalization of contracts and data across operational workflows.

Rafael Liang pursued their higher education at the University of London from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a BSc. (Hons) degree in Business & Management. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic and earned a Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations. Additionally, Rafael has obtained several certifications, including "Product Management - Become a Product Manager" from Udemy in July 2020, "Thai - Thai Elementary 1 Module 1" from inlingua School of Languages Singapore in November 2018, "Python - The Python Bible" from Udemy in October 2018, "Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Excel: Excel from Beginner to Advanced" from Udemy in August 2018, and "Google Certified Educator - Certified Educator Level 1" from Google in August 2017.
