Joshua Vendrig

Joshua Vendrig has extensive experience in the engineering and technical field. Joshua began their career in 2013 at AUT University as an Audio Visual Technician, where they set up, operated, and provided technical support for audio and visual equipment at various events. Joshua also conducted testing of electrical equipment and implemented risk reduction strategies as a PAT Tester. Since 2018, Joshua has been working at SEA Electric as the Lead Electrical Engineer (NZ), focusing on developing efficient and economically viable solutions in the electric vehicle industry. Their responsibilities include managing engineering operations, providing consultation for customers, and ensuring safety standards for heavy fleet EVs.

Joshua Vendrig completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Auckland University of Technology. Joshua then pursued further studies in the same field, completing a NZ Certificate in Electric Vehicle Automotive Engineering from MITO | Te Pūkenga. Prior to their university education, Joshua attended Avondale College in New Zealand from 2007 to 2012.
