Mary O' Donovan

Mary O'Donovan has extensive experience in data management and operations within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving at the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority since June 2021, Mary previously held multiple roles at Ares Reinsurance from June 2010 to March 2020, including Consultant, Business Analyst, and acting Operations Manager & Treasurer. Earlier experience includes a position as Fund Accountant at IPSI from July 2008 to June 2009. Mary's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Galway and professional qualifications from CPA Ireland and The Insurance Institute, where a Professional Diploma in Insurance was obtained.
