Mary-Lou Harry

Mary-Lou Harry has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Mary-Lou began their career as a Regional HR Consultant at SABC - Western Cape in 1999 and worked there until 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Human Resources Executive at Murry & Roberts. Since 2008, Mary-Lou has been with Sea Harvest Group Ltd, initially starting as a Human Resources Director and later becoming the Group Human Resources Director in January 2020. In their roles at Sea Harvest, they have focused on aligning human resources objectives with the company's goals, coordinating the implementation of policies and programs, and providing overall guidance and management of HR services.

Mary-Lou Harry obtained a Diploma in Human Resources from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Mary-Lou then pursued a B Comm Honours degree in Human Resources Management from University of Western Cape. Later, they completed a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Management Coaching, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from Stellenbosch Business School.
