Caroline Grogan

Associate Director Of Event Design at Sea Island Company

Caroline Grogan has a diverse work experience in hospitality and event management. Caroline started their career as the General Manager at Southern Bread Co. in 2005 and then moved on to work as the Executive Business Manager at Dale's Kitchen, LLC from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, Caroline joined High Hampton Inn as the Director of Group Sales/Events, where they successfully generated substantial sales and revenue for the resort. In 2017, they joined Sea Island Company as the Wedding Manager and later became the Associate Director of Event Design, contributing to the growth and profitability of the department.

Caroline Grogan received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from LaGrange College in the years 2000 to 2004.
