Ella Kent

Ella Kent has a diverse and extensive work experience in the spa and hospitality industry. Ella started their career at The Broadmoor as a Spa Director in 2000 and worked there until 2009. Ella then joined Wynn Las Vegas as an Executive Director of Spa Operations from 2009 to 2014. Ella went on to work at Sea Island Company, where they held various roles from Director of Spa to Director of Spa, Fitness, and Racquet Sports, Director of Rooms, and currently Director of Spa, Athletics, and Wellbeing. Furthermore, Ella Kent served as the Chairman of the Board at ISPA - International SPA Association from 2011 to 2013.

Ella Kent obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Carson-Newman University from 1979 to 1983. Later, they pursued a Post Baccalaureate Certification in Education at the University of Arizona from 1992 to 1994. Furthermore, Ella completed their Masters of Education degree with a focus on Supervision, Curriculum and Development at the University of Oklahoma from 1996 to 1998.
