Scott Steilen has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, starting with their most recent role as President and CEO of Sea Island Company, a luxury destination resort in Georgia. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Warnick + Company, a strategic advisory firm specializing in lodging and recreational real estate. Steilen also has experience as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and as a Senior Associate at HVS International. Their expertise in the industry and their hands-on experience have contributed to their success in creating opportunities and delivering high impact results for their clients.
Scott Steilen attended Worthington High School from 1983 to 1987. Scott then went on to Michigan State University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business.
