Charles Shepard Pe, Ap

Charles Shepard, PE, LEED AP, is a structural engineering professional with extensive experience in both project management and engineering design. Currently serving as a Project Engineer in Structural Forensics at S-E-A since May 2019, Charles is involved in the examination and evaluation of existing structures, addressing issues such as damage from various environmental and construction factors. Previously, as Engineering Department Manager and Senior Structural Engineer at Wheaton & Sprague Engineering Inc. from August 2008 to May 2019, Charles supervised engineering teams and focused on structural design for building façade systems. Earlier roles include Senior Structural Engineer at Urban Engineers, Inc., where Charles managed the design of commercial structures, and Project Engineer at Harsh Engineering Services, Inc., where contributions were made to a variety of large-scale projects, including high-rise buildings and secure government facilities. Charles holds a degree from The University of Akron.
