Jamie Lapensee

Jamie Lapensee is currently the Senior Director of People at Sea Machines Robotics. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Certica Solutions from August 2016 to April 2021. Before working at Certica Solutions, Jamie was the Regional HR Director at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services from November 2012 to July 2016. Jamie started their career in 2000 as the Department Director - District 6 Administration (HR & Finance) at MassDOT and worked there until 2012 when they transitioned to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services.

Jamie Lapensee graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Jamie then went on to earn a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School with a concentration in Human Services Leadership and Management. Lastly, they completed their Master of Business Administration from Simmons College - Simmons School of Management with concentrations in Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Analytics.
