Rogelio Riojas

Rogelio has been the head of Sea Mar since its inception in 1978. Rogelio has spearheaded the development of Sea Mar from a single medical clinic in Seattle’s South Park neighborhood, to a comprehensive health and human services organization serving 11 counties in Washington state. Rogelio graduated from the University of Washington with bachelor’s degrees in political science (1973) and economics (1975). In 1977, he earned a master’s degree in health administration at UW.
