Francisco J. Rios

Francisco J. Rios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international trade and business development, currently serving as the Director of the Group COO Office for Sea since June 2022, and as the Chairperson and Founding Member of the Singapore-Brazil Friendship Group since September 2024. Rios is also a Board Member of the Singapore Mexico Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Rios held multiple senior roles at Enterprise Singapore from November 2007 to May 2022, including Business Director and Regional Director for Latin America, focusing on promoting the internationalization of Singaporean companies and facilitating market entry into Latin America. Earlier positions include Operational and Systems Manager at Agropecuaria Champlan Ltda, Financial Analyst at AOL Latin America, and Associate Engineer at General Motors Corporation. Rios holds a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, an MBA in Corporate Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
