George Waller

George Waller has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015-2017, they served as a Captain and Lieutenant in the British Army, where they directed a logistics sub-unit of 100+ personnel and managed a logistic troop of 25 people. In 2017, they worked as a Portfolio Manager for Mono Consultants Ltd, leading Radio Access Network (RAN) delivery for 200+ sites in two multi-tower portfolios. From 2018-2021, they worked as a Project Manager for CDW UK and IT Project Manager for FinVector Oy, delivering boutique, turn-key solutions to pan-industry clients and acting as a project management SME in a heavily regulated environment within pharmaceutical industry, respectively. Since 2022, George has been working as Head of Operations and Project/Operations Manager (Hybrid role) for Seaber.io, leading business critical projects, directing continuous improvement across operating functions and supporting daily operations to enable strategic objectives to be realised.

George Waller has obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Salford between 2014 and 2017. George then obtained a PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2019. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in International Business Management from Tampere University of Applied Sciences since 2021 and a Chartered Manager degree from Chartered Management Institute since 2021.
