Enrico Carlo M.

Enrico Carlo M. is an experienced professional in the food technology sector, currently serving as the Pasta Project Manager at Seaboard Overseas and Trading Group since March 2023, focusing on a greenfield pasta project. As a co-founder and CEO of Perantani Food Technology Consultancy since July 2019, Enrico has also held significant roles in various companies, including Director of Research Development at IPAM S.r.l. within the NACTAROM group, and Chief Operating Officer for the SAMEA region at Perfetti Van Melle. Enrico's prior experience includes being Vice President Global Technical Head at Olam Grains and Senior R&D Technical Sales Manager at Pavan Group. Enrico's career began at Barilla Group, where extensive experience in process management and R&D was acquired. Enrico holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Master's degree in Food Supply-chain from ENILV France.
