Luciane Alves Delgado Ricci

Luciane Alves Delgado Ricci has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Luciane began their career in 1998 as a Trainee of Auditoria at Trevisan Auditores Independentes, where they participated in the improvement of the methodology manual for external audit and audit works in companies of various segments. In 1999, they became an Analyst of Financial Planning at AES Brasil, where they participated in the development of the Pegasus billing system, controlled contracts with public clients, and performed bank reconciliation. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at Telefônica Brasil as a Consultant of Financial Planning and Control, where they were responsible for the budget of personnel expenses of Systems, the process of outsourcing the software factories, and the planning and control of OpEx and CapEx of Systems. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Telefónica Internacional SA as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Control for LATAM and Europe, where they were responsible for the consolidation and reporting of OpEx, CapEx and major network projects in Latin America and Europe. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Terra as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they were responsible for the P&L of Brazil, regional controller of the B2C business, and the consolidation and reporting of OpEx, CapEx and major projects in Latin America and USA. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Vogel as a Finance Director and Senior Manager of FP&A, M&A and Treasury, where they were responsible for the creation of the FP&A area, budgeting, controlling deviations, and rolling forecast. Currently, they are the Finance Director Brazil at Seaborn Networks.

Luciane Alves Delgado Ricci completed a Bachelor of Accounting at FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras from 2022 to 2025. Luciane then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Finanças. In 2002 and 2003, Luciane completed an Especialista in Gestão de Negócios at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Finally, they obtained a Bacharelado in Administração de Empresas e Comércio Exterior from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 1995 to 1998.
