Raizely Casanova has over 20 years of telecommunications experience. In 2017, they began working as a Service Delivery Engineer and NOC Engineer at Seaborn Networks. Prior to this, they worked at Corporación Digitel from 2006-2017 in roles such as O&M Core Network Coordinator and Operation and Maintenance Transmission and BSS Supervisor. From 1997-2006, they worked at INFONET C.A. in roles such as Operation and Maintenance Transmission and Power Supervisor, Project Engineer - Transmission, and Network Design Engineer.

Raizely Casanova attended the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, where they obtained an Electrical Engineer degree.
