Traci Mincin has over 25 years of work experience. Traci began their career in 1995 as a Customer Account Representative at Peoples Natural Gas. In 1997, they joined Corning Incorporated as a Customer Service Correspondent and then moved up to the role of Training Specialist, Computerized Maintenance Management System Coordinator, and Employee Development and Training Department Manager. In 2010, they returned to Peoples Natural Gas as a Billing Administrator and then moved to the position of Customer Relations Associate Specialist in 2011. In 2014, they became the Owner and Customer Service Manager of FASTSIGNS\u00ae. In 2020, they joined Kennametal as an Inside Sales Representative and is currently the Customer Service Manager at Seaborn Networks since 2021.

Traci Mincin obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994, with a Certification in Industrial Social Work. Prior to that, they completed a BSA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California University of PA in 1991.
