Barbara Hodgson

Barbara Hodgson (She/Her) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Barbara is currently the Director of Hotel Operations at Seabourn Cruise Line since October 2023. Before that, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Finance Manager, handling finance operations, planning, analytics, and technology. Barbara'stenure at Amazon started in January 2021 and they continued in that role until April 2023.

Prior to Amazon, Barbara held several roles at Holland America Line, including Senior Director Revenue Accounting, Director of Finance Operations, Director of Management Accounting, and Controller of Financial Planning & Analysis. Barbara'sresponsibilities in these roles involved reviewing and assisting in the preparation of annual and long-term strategic operational plans and forecasts.

Earlier in their career, Barbara worked at Liberty Mutual as a Supervising Accountant from June 2009 to April 2011. Barbara also served as the Statutory Reporting Manager and Unit Manager at Safeco from 2006 to 2009. Barbara began their career as a Senior Accountant and later transitioned to an Investment Accountant at Grange Insurance from 2002 to 2006.

Barbara Hodgson (She/Her) attended the University of Washington from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Economics, and Finance. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Medical Lake High School from 1987 to 1991, earning a general studies diploma.
