Fabio Rocha

Fabio Rocha is a seasoned professional in the cruise line and hospitality industry with extensive experience in quality assurance and public health. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Seabourn Cruise Line since July 2021, Fabio previously held the role of Fleet Public Health Officer at Holland America Group, overseeing public health matters for multiple cruise brands from January 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, Fabio worked as a Sanitation Officer at Seabourn Cruise Line from March 2013 to December 2018 and gained experience in galley operations and food and beverage management at Celebrity Cruises and Princess Cruises. Early career roles included restaurant supervision at Hilton and Marriott Hotels. Fabio's education includes certifications in food safety, health and safety, catering, hospitality, and bar leadership from esteemed institutions such as the City and Guilds and the CDC.
