Mark Ridgewell

Mark Ridgewell is an experienced environmental officer with a strong background in marine environmental protection and oversight of environmental and public health policies. Currently serving as an Environmental Officer at Seabourn Cruise Line since September 2018, Mark has been responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Previously, Mark held a similar role at Royal Caribbean International for over two decades, overseeing environmental and health protocols on board. Mark's expertise also includes corporate development as Director at AQUA CLEAN SHIPS, where responsibilities included modernizing safety standards, and prior experience as Ship's Visit Coordinator with the Canadian Forces for the port of Vancouver. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Geography from The University of British Columbia.
