Angel Colon-Perez has extensive experience in various roles within the maritime and engineering industries. Angel is currently serving as the Vice President of Fleet Operations at Seabulk, where they oversee the efficient management of the company's fleet. Prior to this, Angel worked as a Senior Director at Seabulk, contributing to the company's success. Angel also served as the Principal Consultant at A&P Services South Florida, providing expert consulting services. Angel's experience includes serving as the General Manager of the Turbocharger SBU at MSHS and as the Vice President of Technical Services at Carnival Cruise Line, where they played a vital role in implementing cost-effective fleet operation strategies. Angel also served as the Managing Director and Head of the North America Region at MAN Diesel & Turbo. Angel started their career at Cummins Inc., where they held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, program management, and product leadership. Angel began their career as an Engineering Manager at Seabulk International, Inc. and a Naval Architect at General Dynamics Electric Boat.

Angel Colon-Perez has a Master of Science (MS) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School. Angel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
