Scott Eaton

Dr. Eaton is the co-inventor of EH fuel technology and is one of SCG’s founding members. He is SCG’s Chief Technology Officer, and also is Assistant Professor of Engineering at the University of Southern Maine.

Scott’s technical expertise is in combustion engineering and emissions research. He has held positions at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Fuels, Engines and Emissions Research Center (FEERC) and at the Maine Maritime Academy. In that time, he has authored 23 publications on the development of alternative fuels, advanced combustion engine strategies and emissions treatment technology. He is a member of SAE, ASME and AIChE.
