Lijun Tsai

LiJun Tsai has a solid background in finance and accounting with extensive experience in corporate controller roles. Starting in 1983, Tsai worked as an International Finance Manager at Wang Laboratories, where they gained experience in financial management for a large-scale computer manufacturing and services company. Tsai then moved on to roles such as Manager of International Operations and Analysis at W.R. Grace Health Care Division, Manager of Financial Reporting at ITT Sheraton Corporation, and Corporate Controller at ATEX Media Solutions, Inc.

In 2001, Tsai joined Millipore Corporation as a Financial Reporting Manager, where they successfully implemented automatic consolidation processes to streamline financial statements preparation. Tsai then joined LTX Corporation as an Assistant Corporate Controller, responsible for accounting and reporting activities, as well as coordinating a significant equity financing project.

In 2005, Tsai became the Corporate Controller at Global Insight, Inc., where they provided financial consultation and advice to executive management, alongside managing accounting activities and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Most recently, Tsai served as the Director of International Accounting at SeaChange International Inc., where they had overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls for international operations.

Throughout their career, Tsai has demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, internal controls, and compliance, as well as experience with SEC filings, risk management, and business acquisitions.

LiJun Tsai holds an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
