Lucas Ndala

Lucas Ndala has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lucas started their career at BCX in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer and served in this role until April 2022. In 2022, they joined Postbank (SOC) Ltd as the Ex Interim Chief Executive Officer. During their time at Postbank, they were briefly unemployed from April 2022 to March 2023. In 2023, Lucas Ndala joined SEACOM LTD as the Group Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold. Prior to these roles, they worked at Openserve as the COO from 2015 to November 2023.

In 1998, Lucas Ndala attended the University of Cape Town for a one-year program. Lucas pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honors and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting.
