Rose Masuku

Rose Masuku has a strong background in Human Resources, with significant experience in various managerial roles. Rose started their career in 2009 as a Human Resources Officer at LG Electronics, where they worked until 2012. Rose then moved to Whirlpool Corporation, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, Rose joined SEACOM LTD, initially as a Human Resources Manager and later promoted to Head of Human Resources in March 2021. Rose continues to hold that position.

Rose Masuku attended Rhodes University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a B.SocSci degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2006, they pursued further education at Southern Business School and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

From 2015 to 2017, Rose Masuku enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
