Andrew Leonard

Andrew Leonard, MBA, serves as the Director of Finance & Global Controller at SEACOMP since November 2022, following a successful tenure at Motorola Solutions where roles included Finance Controller for Avtec LLC and North America System Integration. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Analyst in Financial Reporting at Northern Trust Corporation, focusing on the accuracy of client financial reports. In the earlier stages of the career, Andrew was the Director of Financial Operations for UIC Baseball, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and also worked as a Private Instructor at Bo Jackson Elite Sports Dome and as a Substitute Teacher/ Baseball Coach within local school districts. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Management, both from the University of Illinois Chicago.
