Brea Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brea started their career at Xceed Resources as a Graphic Designer and Public Relations personnel, where they created promotional designs and participated in outreach activities. Brea then moved on to the University of Maryland University College, where they held roles such as Field Representative, Advanced Program Coordinator, and Senior Program Coordinator. In these positions, they demonstrated technical competence, trained new employees, and handled outreach activities. Brea then joined Plexus Worldwide as an Incentives and Promotions Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, and Supervisor of Incentives and Promotions. During their time at Plexus, they developed strategies for successful incentives and promotions, mentored team members, and supported the launch of international markets. Currently, they are working at Seacret Direct as the Manager of Global Sales Programs and Vice President of Global Operations. In these roles, they set sales goals, manages budgets, implements standard operating procedures, provides feedback and mentorship to team members, and resolves issues using best practices. Brea's work experience showcases their abilities in sales, marketing, operations management, and team leadership.

Brea Dawson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, with a focus on Public Relations, from The University of Texas at El Paso, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended The Art Institutes, where they specialized in Graphic Design and received a certificate in Specialized Technology. Brea later pursued a Master's Degree in Management Public Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies there from 2014 to 2016.
