Monty Halls is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in television production, leadership training, and exploration. As the Managing Director and Executive Producer of Seadog Television and Film Productions since January 2009, Monty Halls has established a reputation for captivating audiences through compelling storytelling. In addition, Monty Halls founded Leaderbox in March 2016, which focuses on innovative leadership training that promotes a culture of development within organizations. Monty Halls also manages Monty Halls Ltd, providing insights as a broadcaster, speaker, naturalist, and leadership specialist, drawing on over twenty years of experience in diverse and challenging environments. Monty Halls holds a BA Hons in Marine Biology from the University of Plymouth and has a background in both marine biology and team leadership, enhanced by a past as a Royal Marine.
