Carlos Garzon

Carlos Garzon, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Global Sales and National Accounts at SeaDream Yacht Club since March 2024. Previously, Carlos held various leadership roles, including Business Consultant at Garzon Consulting, where work focused on Sales Incentive Plans for a Caribbean resort company; Vice President of Operations, Procurement, and Partner Relations at TripArc/Ensemble Travel Group, achieving significant cost reductions; and Senior Vice President of Operations, Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing at Atlas Ocean Voyages, where Carlos played a crucial role in launching a new cruise line. Carlos also contributed to the travel industry as Vice President of Sales Marketing Operations at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, optimizing sales strategies, and has held multiple positions in sales and financial planning at Prestige Cruise Holdings and Norwegian Cruise Line. Carlos holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
