Isadora Daher

Isadora Daher has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as an Undergraduate Researcher at LADEBIO. Isadora focused on developing technology for producing lignocellulosic ethanol from urban waste. From 2011 to 2013, Isadora worked as an Intern at Petrobras and Chemtech, gaining industry experience. In 2014, they joined Seadrill as a S.T.A.R. Trainee, undergoing a two-year training program in the deep-water drilling industry. Isadora then progressed through various roles at Seadrill, including Compliance Analyst, Subsea Trainee, Marketing Technical Advisor, and Marketing Engineer. Their responsibilities primarily involved tender management, cost evaluation, contract negotiation, and commercial strategy development. Currently, Isadora is the Commercial Lead at Seadrill, responsible for bid processes, proposal development, and ensuring accurate assessments of commercial opportunities.

Isadora Daher has a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online, which they obtained in 2022. Isadora completed their post-graduate studies in Petroleum and Gas Engineering at the Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Isadora earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Energy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, graduating in 2013.
