Mark Coon

Mark Coon has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. Mark is currently the VP Commercial Building at Seagate Development Group, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, Mark was the Chief Operations Officer at Lifestyle Building Group, LLC from 2013 to 2018. Their role at Lifestyle Building Group involved overseeing construction operations and managing projects. Before that, Mark worked as the Director of Construction at both PulteGroup from 2003 to 2013 and Legendary Construction, Inc from 2000 to 2003. Mark began their career in the industry as a Project Manager at Transeastern Homes from 1995 to 2000. Mark is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and licensed Community Association Manager.

Mark Coon attended Brandon High School from 1978 to 1981 and obtained their high school degree. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Community Association Manager and State of Florida General Contractor from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
