Utkalika Mohanty serves as the Business Head for Managed Office Solutions - Commercial Portfolio at Sumadhura Infracon Pvt. Ltd since September 2023, leading the strategic development of the Workship coworking brand. Previously, Utkalika held key leadership roles at COWRKS, including Assistant Vice President-Revenue, where a successful transition to an enterprise revenue model was executed, securing significant deals with major clients such as Twilio and Morgan Stanley. With earlier experience at IWG plc managing multiple centers and driving profitability, Utkalika has also contributed at Su-Kam Power Systems Limited and Staples in various sales and business development positions. Educational credentials include a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Alliance Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
