Tim Byal

Tim Byal has extensive and diverse work experience in the real estate development and finance industry. Tim is currently the Vice President of Development at Seagate Development Group, a position they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they founded Strategic Development Resources in June 2022, where they utilized their expertise to plan and develop master planned communities in Southwest Florida. Tim also worked as a Real Estate Broker Associate at John R. Wood Properties starting in May 2022.

Before these roles, they served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University from July 2018 onwards. From October 2009 to June 2022, Tim worked as the Vice President of Miromar Development Corp., managing the company's real estate development and finance operations. During this time, they also served as the Registered Broker for Miromar Realty and President of the master HOA.

From April 2008 to May 2009, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Related Group, where they created business development opportunities and managed special projects in the Caribbean market. Tim also handled due diligence and acquisition of distressed assets for the Related/Lubert Adler Investment Fund. Prior to that, from September 2003 to December 2007, they were the Division President at WCI Communities.

Tim Byal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business between the years 1980 and 1983.
