Jim Ventresca

Jim Ventresca has a diverse work history that spans over ten years. Jim began their career in 2010 at the University of New Hampshire, where they held multiple roles, including Football Operations Assistant and Video Coordinator/Assistant Director of Football Operations. In 2017, they joined Western Michigan University as the Director of Football Video/Operations Assistant. In 2018, Ventresca returned to the University of New Hampshire as the Director of Internal Operations for the Football program. Jim held this position until 2019 when they became the Director of Football Operations. During their time at the University of New Hampshire, Ventresca successfully managed team travel, handled program budgets, and excelled in fundraising efforts. In 2021, they transitioned to Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC, first as a Technical Recruiter and currently as the Business Development Manager, where they collaborate with clients to provide consulting and staffing solutions in both commercial and defense spaces.

Jim Ventresca attended Hingham High School until 2010. Jim then enrolled at the University of New Hampshire, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a second major in History, focusing on Modern America. Jim completed their studies at the University of New Hampshire in 2014.
