Katherine Roy, SHRM-CP

Katherine Roy, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Katherine began their career in 2008 at Bay Club at Mattapoisett as a Lifeguard, Swim Lesson Instructor, and Swim Coach. Katherine later worked at Y.O.U., Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant, where they were responsible for maintaining employee records, writing job descriptions, and assisting with new employee orientations. In 2015, they joined Brahmin Leather Works as an HR Operations Specialist, handling various HR functions. Katherine then moved to Exponent as an HR Coordinator, where they coordinated HR tasks from October 2017 to May 2018. Katherine also worked as an HR Coordinator - Temp at US Foods from May 2018 to August 2018. Currently, they are an HR Manager at Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC, where they oversee HR operations.

Katherine Roy, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services, General from Assumption University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In February 2020, Katherine received their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
