Sibte Hasan has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sibte started their career as an intern at American Express Global Business Travel and Pakistan State Oil Company. Sibte then joined Maersk Group, where they held various roles such as Executive Customer Service, Senior Executive - Route Management, Assistant Manager - Key Clients, and Manager Sales and Key Accounts.

In 2015, they joined United Arab Shipping Company Ltd. as a Country Commercial Manager, where they managed the sales and customer service organization, engaged with global networks for business development, and worked with Boston Consulting Group for Change Management & Channel Structuring. Sibte also played a crucial role in recruiting and developing talents for the organization, coaching sales and customer service teams, and implementing successful pilot projects.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Director Commercial at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where they were part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for managing the Pakistan Commercial organization. Sibte'smain focus was on business growth, optimizing volume, revenue, and productivity.

Currently, Sibte Hasan is serving as the Director of Trade and Product Development at Seagold (Private) Limited, where they are overseeing the digitalization of the organization's workflow to ensure effective implementation and an organized transition.

Sibte Hasan's education history begins with their completion of high school at AMS, where they obtained their SSC degree in Computer Science. Sibte then went on to attend DJ Science for two years in the field of Pre-Engineering. Following this, Sibte enrolled in Institute of Business Management, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Marketing.

After a few years, Sibte returned to the Institute of Business Management to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, also in the field of Finance and Marketing.
