Eva Derqui

Eva Derqui has a significant amount of experience in human resources and global mobility. Eva began their career at Iberia as a Project Manager for Business Sales in Germany, where they worked for over a decade. Eva then moved on to Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A., where they served as the Global Mobility HR Manager for 11 years. During their time there, they focused on building a proactive HR organization and transforming the company's structure to support growth. After leaving Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A., Eva joined AIAL Asociación de Expertos en Movilidad Internacional as a member of the International HR Committee, where they helped foster the development of global mobility professionals' knowledge and skills. Eva then joined Seagull Scientific as the Human Resources Manager for EMEA and later assumed the role of Interim Human Resources Director. Additionally, Eva has also worked as an Adjunct Professor for the Strategic Human Resources Management Program at IE Business School.

Eva Derqui has a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Eva also completed a program in "ANÁLISIS AVANZADO SEGURIDAD SOCIAL&MOVILIDAD INTERNACIONAL" at RED EXPAT in 2016. Additionally, they have a Master of Law (LLM) from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D.

In terms of certifications, Eva obtained a certification in Lidership and Talent LiderA from Comunidad de Madrid in 2010. Eva also has a certification in Coaching executive from Escuela Europea de Coaching.
