Steve Miklos has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & IT at Seal Shield, where they are responsible for directing all people functions and providing information management services. Prior to this, they worked at Yale New Haven Health System as a Program Manager, leading the establishment of a Project Management Office and managing the Epic implementation. Steve also held the role of Epic Implementation Manager & Health System Desktop Support Manager during this time, overseeing the hardware implementation and application testing for the Epic rollout. Before joining Yale New Haven Health System, Steve worked at Yale New Haven Hospital as the ITS Clinical Desktop Supervisor and Executive Support, where they implemented Epic, designed and implemented the WOW "Easy Button" Service, and improved customer service through a pro-active desktop support team. Steve began their career at IBM as a Distributed Operations Analyst and also worked at Tickets.com and GE Capital as a Support Consultant and Systems Analyst, respectively.

Steve Miklos received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Albertus Magnus College from 2009 to 2013. Steve later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Sacred Heart University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a certification in ITIL V3.
