Sean Kerins has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in management roles within Sealed Air Corporation. Sean began their career in 1989 as the Director of Residential Treatment Facility and Group Homes at Green Chimneys. From 1994 to 2003, Kerins worked at Sealed Air Corporation, initially as a World Class Manufacturing Manager and later as the National Director of Customer Service in North America. In these roles, they implemented manufacturing processes and reorganized regional service teams to improve customer service. From 2003 to 2018, Kerins held various positions at Sealed Air Corporation, including Sales Representative, National Account Manager, National Sales Manager, North East Regional Sales Manager, and North American Director of Technical Sales. In these roles, they managed sales teams, negotiated contracts, and achieved significant sales growth. In 2018, Kerins became the Executive Director of Technical Sales and Service at Sealed Air Corporation, overseeing a technical sales organization and driving digitization initiatives.
Sean Kerins obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Social Work from Dominican University New York between the years 1982 and 1986. Following this, they pursued higher education and earned a Master's of Science degree in Psychology from Fordham University during the period of 1986 to 1987.
