Vice President, Global Quality, Global Equipment Operations And Liquibox Operations at Sealed Air

Sebastien Manite has a solid work experience in various companies and industries. Sebastien started their career at Faurecia Automotive Seating in 2004 as a Production System Efficiency Coordinator. Sebastien then moved to Faurecia as a Lean Manufacturing Division Coordinator from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, Sebastien joined Johnson Controls Automotive as an Autonomous Production Unit Leader.

In 2009, they joined The Dow Chemical Company as a Lean Manufacturing Leader Europe. Sebastien later became the Lean Enterprise Leader in China, where they led a site restructuring project and conducted an organization assessment.

Sebastien then joined Sealed Air Corporation in 2015 as the North America Operational Excellence Director. Sebastien was later promoted to Vice President, Global Quality, where they played a key role in ensuring global quality standards. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Global Quality and Global Equipment Operations, contributing to the overall success and adherence to quality standards within the company.

Sebastien Manite obtained their Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from ENSIAME, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, in the academic year 2003-2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at IAE.
