Alisson Link has a range of work experience in sales, recruiting, and hospitality, spanning from 2011 to 2019. From 2019 to the present, they worked as a Sales Manager and Sales Development Representative for Sealed. In 2017, they became a Certified Life Coach for Leadership that Works and also worked as an Account Executive for Yelp. In 2016, they worked as a Recruiter for The Bachrach Group. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Consultant & Customer Care representative for Oscar Health Insurance. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Key Account Sales Representative for Steinway Capital Inc. Alisson also has hospitality experience, having worked as a Team Manager at Il Buco Restaurant from 2014-2015 and as an Event Organizer Assistant/Server at City Winer from 2011-2014.

Alisson Link obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from LaGuardia Community College in 2007. Between 2008 and 2011, they attended Brooklyn College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration. Alisson also holds three additional certifications: COVID Contact Tracing from Coursera obtained in June 2020, Accident and Health Broker from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance obtained in August 2015, and Accident, Health and Sickness Insurance Agent from the State of New Jersey obtained in August 2015.
