Justin Hyde has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Starting in 2013, they worked as a Senior Associate at Acceleprise, an enterprise software oriented accelerator. In this role, they helped discover and support promising entrepreneurs in the industry.

In 2014, they co-founded BitGrid, a company focused on building a municipal electrical utility mutual aid platform. As the Head of Operations, they oversaw the company's operations and implementation.

Moving on, Justin worked at Apple as a Business Expert from 2015 to 2016, where they specialized in B2B and B2G sales. Justin collaborated with federal government agencies, embassies, and local companies to implement Apple solutions.

From 2016 to 2018, Justin served as a Practice Development Associate at Advantia Health. Justin was responsible for promoting core and specialty services to physicians, supporting sales activities, and assisting Advantia's president, CEO, executives, and board of directors.

In 2018, they joined Betts Recruiting as a Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of RC Manager, East. Justin eventually became a Strategic Recruiting Manager, leading client partnerships and executing searches for various roles. However, they were laid off due to the elimination of their department as a result of COVID-19.

In 2019, Justin became a member of Modern Sales Pros, the world's largest community for sales, operations, and enablement leaders. Justin actively participated in their online message board and attended in-person events.

Most recently, Justin joined Sealed in 2020 and has held several roles, including SDR Manager, Senior Sales Manager, and their current position as Director of Sales Development. In their current role, they are responsible for managing a team of sales development representatives and account executives. Justin works closely with the CRO, Director of Revenue Strategy, and other revenue leaders on strategic growth initiatives. Justin also played a key role in overhauling and redesigning the SDR organization, resulting in significant growth in monthly SQLs.

Justin Hyde completed their high school education at Christian Brothers Academy from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma. Afterward, from 2011 to 2016, they attended The George Washington University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
