Paul B. is the Founder of B9 Consulting, LLC, established in October 2022, specializing in Maintenance and Reliability strategies to enhance engineering performance for businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Global Director of Workforce Health and Safety for Amazon, overseeing safety and engineering for construction across global business units, and directing high-risk operations within numerous multimillion-dollar projects. As a dual Director for Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering in North America, Paul managed extensive teams and budgets while ensuring operational excellence across 1300 facilities. Additional roles at Amazon included Site Leader for flagship special handling facilities and the Global Research and Development site. Prior to Amazon, Paul held the position of Director of Operations at Quanex Building Products Corporation, transforming productivity in a major extrusion facility. Earlier career experiences at Weyerhaeuser involved advancing through various technical and management roles across multiple production mills. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Martin's University.
