Oluwatobi Akinwande has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they are working as the Head of People, Performance & Culture at SEAMFIX since June 2021. They also optimized the selection matrix for recruiting and successfully hired staff across three locations.

Prior to their work at Asseco Software Nigeria, Oluwatobi gained experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at CNOOC International from October 2011 to July 2014. In this position, they streamlined and automated key HR processes, decreasing the delivery cycle of tasks. They also redesigned the recruiting to onboarding processes, resulting in the hiring of high-performing candidates with excellent retention rates. Additionally, Oluwatobi improved communication quality across teams and departments by collaborating with department heads to develop standard operating procedures tailored to enhance operational efficiency.

Oluwatobi Akinwande's education history includes obtaining an Executive Education in Leadership and People Management Programme from King's College London in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Information Systems from Covenant University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Oluwatobi Akinwande has obtained several certifications.
