Joy Johnson

Joy Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Success at GovOS, where they lead a team of Customer Success Managers and develops strategies for customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to this, Joy worked at Kofile Technologies, Inc. in various roles, including VP of Strategic Software Initiatives and VP of Product Management. Joy also held the position of Vice President at RecordFusion and Executive Vice President at PerformanceSoft. In addition, Joy has experience as a New Business Development Manager at Highmark Inc. and as the Manager of Patient Services and Communications at DT WATSON REHABILITATION HOSPITAL.

Joy Johnson attended Shenango High School but it is not clear when they graduated. Joy then went on to complete their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between the years 1986 and 1990. After that, they pursued MBA Studies at the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1996. Subsequently, they enrolled in Robert Morris University for MBA Studies, completing it in 1998.
