Regi Castaneda's work experience begins in 2009 as a Deal Approver at Dell. They then moved on to become a Channel Development Manager at Dell from 2011 to 2016. Following that, they joined Dell Technologies in 2016 and worked on Channel Business Strategy and the integration of data after the Dell EMC merger. From April 2018, Regi Castaneda led a team of analysts to transform data into insights and strategies to grow the business. In 2019, they transitioned to Sales Strategy and Planning, and later to Marketing Analytics and Operations at Dell Technologies, where they developed dashboards and created programs to drive sales behaviors. Currently, Regi Castaneda holds the position of Director of Strategic Programs at GovOS since 2022.
Regi Castaneda has a diverse education history. They first attended Universidad Panamericana from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology. They then pursued further education at the same institution, completing a Especialidad in Engineering and Project Management from 2010 to 2011.
Later on, Regi Castaneda enrolled at New York University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Integrated Marketing, specializing in Marketing Analytics.
In addition to their formal education, Regi Castaneda has also obtained a certification in Tableau 10 for Data Scientists from LinkedIn in August 2018.
