Odunayo Adepoju's work experience began in 2015 as an intern at Transmission Company of Nigeria PLC, where they focused on monitoring transformers and performing customer service duties. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Access Bank Plc as a Customer Service Specialist and Contact Centre Specialist, handling customer complaints and resolving them swiftly. Later, from 2021 to 2023, they served as a Transaction Analyst and Dispute Manager at Access Bank, remitting and settling funds to fulfill client requests. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at SeamlessHR, starting in 2022.

Odunayo Adepoju attended the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they focused their studies on Physics. In terms of additional certifications, in January 2023, Odunayo obtained a certification in "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" from LinkedIn.
