Olayemi Akinsuyi has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. In 2017, Olayemi worked as an Industrial Trainee at Vibroflotation and Geotechnical Nig. Ltd, where they assisted in site supervision, liaised with subcontractors, and conducted geotechnical measurements on construction sites. Olayemi also worked as a Project Assistant at CAKASA (NIGERIA) COMPANY LIMITED during this time, where they supported project and planning engineers, contributed to project budgets, and documented project requirements. Currently, Olayemi holds the position of Project Implementation Manager at SeamlessHR, a role they started in 2021.

Olayemi Akinsuyi completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure from 2013 to 2018. Olayemi is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business and Management at the University of Plymouth, starting in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Olayemi obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Asking for Feedback as an Employee," "Secrets of Effective Prioritization," "Tips for Making Your Meetings Much More Effective," "Communication within Teams," "Holding Yourself Accountable," and "Project Management Foundations: Requirements." Olayemi also completed an Introduction to Project Management course from Coursera in June 2020.
