Oluwatobi Bolaji-Ojo (arpa, ANIPR)

Oluwatobi Bolaji-Ojo has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Health Desk Reporter Intern at Lagos Television. In 2017, they served as an On Air Personality at Cross River Broadcasting Corporation and also took on the role of Editor In Chief as part of their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Calabar, Cross River State. From 2018 to 2019, Oluwatobi worked as a Customer Relationship Management Executive and later as a Project Coordinator at DM Holdings Limited. In 2020, they joined Princeps Finance Credit Systems Limited as a Customer Service Officer. In 2021, they became a Senior Customer Service Executive and later the Head of Customer Experience at Princeps Credit Systems Limited. In 2019, Oluwatobi worked as a Creative Director and Fashion Enthusiast at BOJ FASHION/CHECKERS & LACES. In 2022, they joined SeamlessHR as a Customer Engagement and Community Manager, focusing on customer success. Finally, in 2023, Oluwatobi briefly served as a Member of the Community-Led Alliance. Throughout their work experience, Oluwatobi has demonstrated skills in customer service, project coordination, journalism, and leadership.

Oluwatobi Bolaji-Ojo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Babcock University from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as customer success management, writing email, critical thinking, customer retention, and more. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn, Freshworks, the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, and the International Project Management Professionals. Their most recent certification was in March 2023.
